Individual Account : Must be registered in individuals name. The individual and only the individual may post an ad.  

Business Account : Must be registered and posted in a company's name. The company and only the company may post in the classified ad section. This also includes (limited liability partnerships, limited liability corporations and or a single corporation) the owners of each business must be listed in registration, not a working employee. If an employee posts an ad in the classified section it must be listed in the company's name and responses must be sent to the company's email address, not to another individual. Posting for other company's is strictly prohibited. If found guilty of this act, along with any other forbidden acts, your account will be suspended or terminated. Any person that violates these terms is committing Theft of Service and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

- By agreeing to our classified rules when registering, it is considered a legally binding contract. These rules must be followed or your account will be suspended or terminated.

- In each classifieds ad, you are only allowed to advertise the product or products you are selling.

- Each ad must be listed in the appropriate category, a few warnings may be issued before suspension and a possible termination of your account.

- Any business, individual, dealer, vendor, etc. are fully liable for their posts, complaints and legal issues arising from them.

- The only other links that can be posted in the classifieds section is of your own web site, which must be legally owned by you.

- Posting advertisements as both a business and an individual is strictly forbidden.

- Posting an ad that strictly pin points another target/ individual/ business/ vendor or dealer is also forbidden, result will lead to termination of your account.

- All profanity, pornography, racist, threatening, and slanderous acts which also includes links to any web site that may contain these acts are forbidden. Your account will be terminated.

- Any pictures posted on the web site strictly belong to the individual who took the picture and are not allowed to be copied and or sold without legal consent from that individual or company who purchased the rights to that picture. Pertains to copyright laws.

- Any auction cannot be held on our web site, example would be offers in at price listed above, taking higher offers.

- If you have a large number of turtles, 25 for example and 1 tortoise, you cannot post the tortoise in the "turtles" section. You must post the tortoise in the tortoise section and the turtles in the turtles section.

- Only live animals may be posted in the animal ads section, supplies go in the supplies section.

- No event referencing in the classified ads as there is a section for this on our home page.

- Your ad must be of something you are selling. This web site is strictly for animals, animal products  and nothing else. 

- The heading text of each ad must be clear to what you are selling.

- Reptastic.com and owner are not responsible for any illegal transactions. It is the seller and buyer's obligation to know the laws.

- You may only post one ad on a specific animal once per day. You cannot delete it and repost it the same day so it's at the top of the page.

- You do not necessarily need to post pictures with your ad. The buyer can request it to the seller if he/ she would like to.

- Multiple complaints of non-delivery of animals, goods, nonpayment for goods received, or theft in any way will cause your account to be suspended.

- Remember it is illegal to post as someone who you are not, which means you cannot advertise on the internet claiming to be someone else. This would be classified as fraud and you may be prosecuted.

- Our web site has no intentions of hurting anyone emotionally, physically, or spiritually.

- Any individual or business that breaks our rules may have their account suspended or terminated. By clicking the agreement box, remember, you have agreed to our terms and services in which you are expected to follow. We will do our best to make sure this web site is problem free and is appropriate for all viewers, however we cannot monitor the web site 24/ 7 so some things may slip by us momentarily. However things that do slip by us momentarily, we are not responsible for.
