Business Account : Must be registered and posted in a company's name. The company and only the company may post in the classified ad section. This also includes (limited liability partnerships, limited liability corporations and or a single corporation) the owners of each business must be listed in registration, not a working employee. If an employee posts an ad in the classified section it must be listed in the company's name and responses must be sent to the company's email address, not to another individual. Posting for other company's is strictly prohibited. If found guilty of this act, along with any other forbidden acts, your account will be suspended or terminated. Any person that violates these terms is committing Theft of Service and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. -By agreeing to our classified rules when registering, it is considered a legally binding contract. These rules must be followed or your account will be suspended or terminated. -In each classifieds ad, you are only allowed to advertise the product or products you are selling. -Each ad must be listed in the appropriate category, a few warnings may be issued before suspension and a possible termination of your account. -Any business, individual, dealer, vender, etc. are fully liable for their posts, complaints and legal issues arising from them. -Any business selling supplies that only offer them wholesale and not to the public, may post a link in the classified ad to a retailer that is selling it. -The only other links that can be posted in the classifieds section is of your own web site, which must be legally owned by you. -Posting advertisements as both a business and an individual is strictly forbidden. -Posting an ad the strictly pin points another target/ individual/ business/ vendor or dealer is also forbidden, result will lead to termination of your account. -All profanity, pornography, racist, threatening, and slanderous acts which also includes links to any web site that may contain these acts are forbidden. Your account will be terminated. -Any pictures posted on the web site strictly belong to the individual who took the picture and are not allowed to be copied, modified or republicated and sold without legal consent from that individual or company who purchased the rights to that picture. You must follow all copyright laws. -Any ad that is posted strictly for trade must go in the trades section, unless it is both for sale and trade. Then you may post it in the correct category for sale and list that you are willing to accept trades and what for. -Any auction cannot be held on our web site, example would be offers in at price listed above, taking higher offers. -You cannot cross post any ads unless it is in the "trade" section. For example, you cannot place an ad in the "milk and kingsnakes" section and then post it again in the "snakes" section. -If you have a large number of turtles, 25 for example and 1 tortoise, you cannot post the tortoise in the "turtles" section. You must post the tortoise in the tortoise section and the turtles in the turtles section. -Only live animals may be posted in the animal ads section, supplies go in the supplies section. It is pretty much self explanitory. -No event referencing in the classified ads as there is a section for this on our home page. -Your ad must be of something you are selling. This web site is strictly for animals and nothing else. -You can post as many posts as you want in each category per day. -The heading text of each ad must be clear to what you are selling. -Reptastic.com and owner are not responsible for any illegal transactions. It is the seller and buyer's obligation to know the laws. -You may only post one ad on a specific animal once per day. You cannot delete it and repost it the same day so it's at the top of the page. -You do not necessarily need to post pictures with your ad. The buyer can request it to the seller if he/ she would like to. -Any complaints of non-delivery of animals, goods, nonpayment for goods received, or theft in any way will cause your account to be suspended. We want this site to be a friendly based site.-If your account is terminated and you are found advertising under a new account of a friend or family member, you will be prosecuted for fraud. It is now illegal to advertise on the internet claiming to be someone else. -Our web site has no intentions of hurting anyone emotionally, physically, or spiritually. -Any individual or business that breaks our rules may have their account suspended or terminated.
